Seven days from now, I’ll be in possession of my new truck. I’m pretty excited. Also, in seven days, my eBay auction of a Hauppauge WinTV TV Tuner/Video Capture card will be complete. I plan on listing more stuff I’ll never use again, but maybe not tonight.
In other news,I saw S.W.A.T. last night for free, thanks to Jaime and his girlfriend. Very cool. The movie was a ‘B’: nothing to write home about, but it wasn’t awful. I’d recommend for fans of the “cops & robbers” genre, and I’d definitely recommend seeing it at a reduced price (like, say, at a dollar movie). We just finished watching Swordfish, which wasn’t all that great… I’d see it for free, but what we paid at Blockbuster was probably too much. (Update: turns out we got Swordfish for free at Blockbuster because we’re enrolled in that Rewards program… but we might’ve still paid too much.)
I did something pretty sweet — I hung up my guitars on the wall in the office. Looks pretty money. When the apartment is completely done, I do plan on taking some pictures for a virtual tour. :) You can almost be here with us! But not quite. (Locks door, closes blinds.)
