I'm more than a little eager to leave Tallahassee in the dust.

In about ten days, I'll be moving up to Bloomington and hopefully starting a new sampler platter at the buffet of life. (I'll do my best to stay away from that cottage cheese; despite it being right next to the leafy greens, it looks questionable.)

Part of the excitement is, in no small way, the adventure of the move itself. Packing up everything I own into a 15 x 8 x 6.5 container, putting my vehicle on a trailer, and driving north for at least fifteen hours has the same allure as selling everything I own on eBay and travelling North America in a Volkswagen: it's inarguably grounded in reality.

Vitamin 'R': Reality. Something missing from the diet of a computer geek. I'm sure by the end of the move I'll have more than my daily allowance.
