Recently upgraded my Gentoo Linux home server/DVR with 1gb of RAM. Moved portage stuff to tmpfs, unionfs & squashfs. Less dependence on hdd!
Now this makes sense: overcast and rainy during the week where I can watch from my office, vs. ruining weekend plans to go to the beach.
Wondering what a Drupal certification might look like. Might be a nice thing to establish someday, help to determine the good from B.S.'ers.

The weather was so nice on Sunday that I had to go to the park, play disc golf & run around. Man, I'm out of shape: still sore 2 days later!
avahi needs howl-compat (and dbus) to have distcc (distccd) work with --zeroconf, otherwise you get an error from distccd.
I enjoy cold weather as much as the next guy, but numb fingers and a numb face isn't what I would call a good time.

Sometimes Pandora pulls some great B-sides or unknown bands, othertimes it's just generic rock radio. And I don't know how to fix it.
